CALVO'S SELECTCARE
Calvo’s Insurance was founded by the late Edwardo T. Calvo as a sideline business in 1938. Mr. Calvo was the Assistant Manager of the old Bank of Guam when he started the small insurance operation in his name. He signed an insurance agency agreement with the late Jack Smith, one of the original partners of Cornelius V. Starr, founder of the American International Group (AIG), a company which now operates in over 150 countries and territories around the world and has become the largest commercial insurer in the United States.
Mr. Calvo’s insurance operation was interrupted for three years by World War II. Following the liberation of Guam in 1944, E. T. Calvo resigned his position with the Bank of Guam, which was then taken over by the Bank of America, and reestablished his insurance agency. His small agency grew progressively over the years. Today, Calvo’s Insurance is the island's oldest and largest insurance company with two separate divisions handling both the Property & Casualty and Life & Health operations of the insurance arena. In addition, Calvo’s Insurance maintains offices in Dededo, Saipan, Palau and the Philippines.
NETCARE
Established in 1998, NetCare is the first and only Guam-based domestic life and health insurance company.
Today, NetCare is the fastest growing life and health insurance company in the Marianas and Micronesia and a premier provider of various group life, individual life, supplemental health products and managed care benefit plans in a growing market of small and mid-sized employers. We provide fully insured as well as self-funded health plan solutions and life insurance products on Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands.

STAYWELL
StayWell Insurance was founded in 1982 and primarily offered health insurance to the Government of Guam. In the course of the years, StayWell Insurance expanded to offering health insurance to private businesses on Guam and the CNMI. After more than 30 years and 20,000 members strong StayWell had established offering other lines of insurance to include Auto Insurance and Home Insurance.

TAKECARE
For over 45 years, TakeCare Insurance Company, Inc. (NAIC No. 11093) (CAGE Code 563Z6) (DUNS 855034562) has been providing public and private employer groups, their employees, retirees, dependents and survivors comprehensive medical and dental insurance to its members in Guam, CNMI, Palau, and American Samoa. The breadth of TakeCare health plan offerings and culturally diverse staff provide its 30,000+ members with access to the largest health network in Micronesia with over 100 medical providers, 40 dental providers, and 20 pharmacies in the region.
